The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. We enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals and explored the city easily, as it was not far from the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Shine Thet who took us around and gave great recommendations for local cuisine.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Royal Palace and a coffee shop in the mall. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to assist guests with train ticket purchases. The swimming pool area is a nice feature for guests to enjoy.
The breakfast could be improved, as well as the cleaning of the bathrooms.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the lovely sheets to the great choice of TV channels. The hotel is located just a short distance from the city center, making it convenient for exploring all that Mandalay has to offer.

Likes the friendly staff, who were always helpful and even arranged an airport taxi for me. The room itself was nice, providing a comfortable stay during my Christmas vacation.
Disliked the location and the lack of amenities. It was quite far from the center, making it difficult to find nearby places to eat.

The hotel was located far away from the center, which made it difficult to move around. , the Wi-Fi connection was slow and sometimes frustrating.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Mandalay. the location was great - not far from the city center and within walking distance of the Royal Palace. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. They were always there to assist with any requests and made me feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like a bathtub. Lastly, breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure that I felt welcomed and took care of any requests I had. Secondly, the rooms were nice and comfortable. I especially liked the fact that I had a bathtub in my room. It was a nice touch that added to my overall relaxation. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious. There was a good variety of options and everything was freshly made. It was a great way to start my day.
